Adding TouchNet Authorized Users to Your Account

1. Click on the "My Profile" button, then "Authorized Users."

   Alternatively, click the "Authorized Users" link on the right side "My Profile Setup" menu.

   

2. Navigate to the Add Authorized User tab, then enter their email address.

   

3. Complete the agreement by checking "I Agree," and clicking "Continue."

   

4. Your new Authorized User will receive two emails. 

   1. one with a link to login to TouchNet, and
   2. one with a temporary password

   Authorized users may log in to TouchNet by following .

Resetting an Authorized User's Password

1. Click on the Forgot Password option and fill in their login email address.

   

2. The authorized user will receive a temporary password and will be prompted after login to set a new password.
