The series follows Marian Brook, a young woman entering 1882 New York City's rigid social scene with strict rules that cause drama, daily conflicts, and scandals between families of 鈥渘ew money鈥 and 鈥渙ld money.鈥 We will discuss the numerous real (and famous) families of the era, as they relate to Season 3.
