Candace Mitchell, M.S.
Director of Student Transition Programs
609-652-4563 | office: f101-d | Mrs. Candace Mitchell joined ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ’s office of Student Transition Programs
in February 2021, after working within ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ’s Office of Residential Life for 6
years. A first generation student, Candace is passionate about student leader development,
intentional programming, and creating a memorable ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ experience where all students
can find a sense of belonging, joy, and purpose. Candace especially loves working
with first-year and transfer students as they navigate their ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ journey. Candace
completed her Master’s degree in Organizational Management from Misericordia University
in PA, and her Bachelor’s degree in Equine Studies from Centenary College in NJ.
Amber Davies
Coordinator of Student Transition Programs
609-652-4649 | Amber Davies joined ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ’s Student Transition Programs in May of 2025.
Amber is a ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ HTMS ’19 Alumni and proud First Generation College Student. While
at ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ, Amber was an Orientation Leader and TALONS, president of her sorority,
and a member of the ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ Entertainment Team and Residential Life professional
staff. Amber obtained her Master’s degree in Student Affairs from Clemson University,
and is joining us from Johns Hopkins University where she served as a Residence Director.
Amber is excited to give back to the University who gave her so much and help all
students feel the sense of belonging and purpose as she did!
