Nutritionist Hours 

  • Fall and Spring Semesters (when class is in session): Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30am - 4:30pm

What to Expect

The first appointment is approximately 45-60 minutes. The nutritionist will complete an assessment to evaluate current food intake and your personal nutrition goals. Relevant nutrition information will be reviewed and a plan of action will be discussed. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled as needed.

Meet the Nutritionist

Shilpa Rathore

Shilpa Rathore, MS, RDN, LD, is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Drexel University in Pennsylvania. She currently works for AtlantiCare in affiliation with ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ.

Her professional background includes experience as a Clinical Dietitian in hospitals and nursing homes, as well as serving as a Healthcare Surveyor-Auditor with the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH). These roles have strengthened her commitment to evidence-based practice, public health, and whole-person care.

In addition to her work in clinical nutrition, Shilpa has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kripalu–Prana Kriya and earned a master’s degree in Ayurveda and Integrated Medicine in 2022. She values integrating traditional wisdom with modern science to support sustainable wellness.

Shilpa’s philosophy is that every aspect of life influences health — the foods we eat, the thoughts we think, daily habits, environment, and the company we keep. She believes that the college years are a critical time for building balanced, mindful habits that create a strong foundation for lifelong well-being. She is passionate about helping students feel empowered, supported, and confident in their health journey.
