Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing Fraternity and Sorority Life at ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ, supporting
a community of more than 600 students across 30 chapters. Provides strategic leadership
for chapter accreditation, leadership development initiatives, recruitment and retention
efforts, and health and safety education. Advises governing councils and chapter leadership, partners with campus and national stakeholders,
and implements data-informed practices that promote belonging, accountability, and
student success. Facilitates training and educational programs focused on harm reduction,
values-based leadership, social justice education, and community standards. Advise student organizations and oversee the Women's History Month Committee. 
Brief Professional History:
Working in higher education for over a decade, Dr. Greer has held professional roles
at institutions including ÒùÐÔÊÓÆµ, Temple University, Indiana University
Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), Governors State University, University of
North Dakota, and Rutgers University. In addition to his campus-based work, he has facilitated more than 30 national, regional, and institutional trainings and conferences and has
served as a consultant to inter/national fraternal organizations on recruitment, cultural
competency, and risk management. He is actively engaged in professional service through
organizations such as the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA), and the Association
of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA), and currently serves as a peer reviewer for
the Journal of Sorority and Fraternity Life Research and Practice.
